ACC (Applied Canine Concepts LLC)

I chose Applied Canine Concept’s puppy raising service so my dog would have a perfect foundation from the start. I work full time and did not have time to raise a pup. They did everything from potty training, crate training and obedience training until she was ready to be integrated into my household. I’m so glad I did! I got such a well adjusted dog with an incredible attitude Gina and Fabian did an unbelievable job training my German Shepherd, which then intern bled over to my pocket bully following in her footsteps. They called and sent videos regularly to help me understand where I was doing well and needed help, always available for my questions and guidance. The work they did with my dog was nothing but incredible, obedient playful and protector when appropriate. I brought the dog home and my other dog who had little to no training has quickly followed in suit with suggestions and guidance from Applied canine and is improving daily. I can’t give them enough praise or thanks for an incredible job and an incredible dog.

We quite unexpectedly adopted a border collie mix who was abandoned. She is a sweet dog, but she had some aggression issues with people and overstimulation with other dogs. Living in a condo, we had to get these issues under control immediately, so we enrolled her in Applied Canine Concepts’ three-week Clean Slate Program. The results are amazing! At the end of her three weeks we went to receive our training and learned how to keep the control with us. We can now walk her without fear. She stays connected to us through the commands and never pulls. Walking her now is a pleasure. We get so many compliments on how well behaved she is. We’ve even begun working on off-leash connection and it’s been great. When given the freedom to roam about, she returns when recalled. Gina and Fabian are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. They are amazing to work with and remain available for any needs that arise after the on-site training program. The provide video tutorials for every scenario and offer individual and group follow-up sessions to reinforce the training. When you commit to this training, and it is absolutely an owner commitment, you will receive all the tools you need to be successful. The facility is fantastic as well! We brought our German shepherd / Rottweiler for the off leash training with Applied Canine Concepts and I can’t say enough great things about them! They kept us updated the entire time our pup was with them and sent update videos through the entire process. Our dog is 4 and was showing some aggression that was quickly becoming a problem, we couldn’t take him anywhere without worrying about having an issue. When I initially spoke with gina and Fabian, they didn’t make me feel like a horrible pet owner for having an untrained dog. Instead they made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the process and answered every question I threw at them. I am so happy to say we now have so much confidence in our dog. Even after the program gina and Fabian stay in touch to make sure our training continues to be successful and genuinely care about the success of every dog they train. I cannot thank Applied Canine Concepts enough for everything they have done and continue to do!! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs some help with their dog of any age!
