This service is non-refundable. MIAMI DADE ANIMAL SERVICE EVALUATIONProgram details
Please note that the evaluation is free of charge for dogs referred through the County program. However, when scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card on file in accordance with our cancellation policy. Your card will only be charged if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In those cases, a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply. Other than that, no charges will be made to your card. Please note that all cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted through this same communication channel. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made by phone will not be accepted.

We adopted a dog from the humane society and were told we got 6 free sessions of training. Our trainer Cesar was so knowledgeable and helpful. He really got us to get our dog to listen and follow what we say. We will continue to go back from time to time for our dog to get refreshers but he is so much better now that we’ve had our training. Whenever we walked in everyone always had a smile and was so willing to help. Gunner always loved going to training. Thank you so much for all the love and support :)

I can’t recommend this training program enough! We adopted our puppy through Miami-Dade Animal Services and were able to participate in the six free training classes included with her adoption. She is a large, high-energy puppy and was definitely a challenge at first, but these classes have made an incredible difference.
The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about helping both the dogs and their owners succeed. They took the time to answer questions, explain techniques, and made every class enjoyable and easy to follow.
The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and friendly from start to finish. We left every class feeling more confident, and our puppy has improved so much in her behavior, listening skills, and overall confidence.
Thank you for offering such a valuable program to adopters. It has been one of the best resources we could have asked for, and I highly recommend it to anyone adopting a dog!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this trainer and their team. They have done an incredible job with my 3-month-old German Shepherd puppy. It’s amazing to see how much he has learned in such a short time. At only three months old, he already knows multiple commands, listens well, and has made huge progress with his obedience and confidence.
