OK first off I pay $2500 in cash. They said they could train my dog Lily to be a service dog they came for exactly 6 lessons then I called them for about two or three months straight. Just had one of the owners get back to me terrible attitude. His name is Jason and he lied blatantly to me saying that I was there for 10 lessons which I was not in the agreement we had Lily was supposed to be trained for service dog, but the lady that does the service dog stuff told me that there is no special paperwork for a service dog, but there is and then a month later at the beginning of March she quit or left her name was Miranda the first Trainer they had showed up once the second time she was supposed to come she didn’t show up then she quit. I saw Perry exactly 5 times once at my house once at otts in Medford. Once at tractor supply will not issue a refund even though they lied to me and did not train the dog properly I took her to a great guy in Tabernacle had to dish out another 1250 on top of the 2500 I gave these people to have her retrained, then I had to go to a person that specializes in service dogs which that nobody told me they just told me that the lady Miranda deals with the service dog stuff and she didn’t do anything for me. I would not recommend this place to any person that needs a service dog especially because I have epilepsy and they screwed me. They told me all this stuff how are you didn’t need paperwork or any of that for a service dog but according to the Mount Laurel police, you do there is special paperwork that you need. Now I’m forced to get a lawyer if you ever have a problem with this it will probably take them six months to get back to you and that’s only if you call every month for two years this was ridiculous
