When we signed up we were told our dog should be an easy case. Our dog has fear based aggression and is very reactive. We were about to have a baby and we told them we would only be willing to spend the thousands of dollars on training if they could get him rehomed if it didn’t work out. Although the trainer assigned to us was very nice and knowledgeable, it did not get our dog near where he needed to be. Most of all though when we left a message for help to get Bowie rehomed, they did not call us back. And when we were able to finally get them on the phone they told us they couldn’t help. We haven’t heard from them since and now we are in danger of having to euthanize our dog. EDIT: The below reply doesn't mention that our trainer left the company and we were asked to reschedule our appointment and then we had a baby born on January 14th. Perry, you promised in our visit that you would help rehome him if it didn't work out but said "This will be easy, you are only going to need 3-4 visits". All anyone has to do see the truth is read the below reply. Instead of trying to make anything right and calling us about the dog, you're first instinct was to protect your business and comment deflecting blame.

Be careful if your dog has issues with other dogs. We encountered a trainer and a client at freedom park and their dog attacked our dog. It seemed like he tried using the collar to stop the dog from attacking; which is the the worst way. They knew the dog has social issues. The client was in tears due to the interaction. Furthermore, the trainer did not have a leash to take the dog in or out. (You need to have them leashed to come into the park). I don't know how they are with the average dog, but this trainer was unprepared and inappropriately risked my dog in the process.
