FirstBarkWe love working with Ana for our dog! She is super knowledgable and helpful with behavioral training which was a perfect fit for our bully mix (he came to her with lots of obedience training but is still working through reactivity and impulse control). She does a great job of helping transfer the training and knowledge over to us as the owners. Highly recommend A Wild K9!

GOOD MANNERS (6mo and older) focuses on combating overexcitement, teaching your dog polite manners and improving their relaxation as well as focus on you. You and your dog will learn sit stay, settle down, leave it, "let's go" (move with me) and how to be polite around people and other dogs! This class is appropriate for owners with no prior training and those who have had some training with their dogs. This class meets 4 times at 6:15pm on Tuesdays in Prospect Park (main lawn by Garfield Pl entrance) https://maps.app.goo.gl/D5YX6U7ZSfNiA5VN6 Each class is 1h long. CLASS DATES: Sep 29th, Oct 6th, Oct 13th, Oct 20th Please note there are NO REFUNDS once the class is paid and there is no rescheduling for missed lessons. Please check that you are able to make all dates and times prior to booking. If a lesson cannot be held due to heavy rain, the raincheck dates are Wednesdays (Sep 30th, Oct 7th, Oct 14th, Oct 21st). Anastasia is amazing! She worked with my dog Bug to help with loose leash walking and recall outside - Bug’s 8 years old and never been especially well leashed trained (used to going to dog parks instead of longer walks) and we moved from KC to NYC and having so many more distractions day to day made it more difficult to manage. It has been a night and day difference after just a few weeks of training - she’s much more focused and showing better impulse control and I have a much clearer idea of how to work with Bug to reinforce good habits and correct unwanted behaviors. We also laid the ground work to prepare for off leash park hours as the weather warms up. Can’t recommend Anastasia enough!
My rescue went from barking/lunging at every dog he saw and me feeling completely helpess, to him confidently being able to pass by dogs like it's almost nothing in just three lessons. Can't thank Anastasia enough, definitely recommend!

She completely straightened him out through obedience training & his focus, listening, and manners are top level now. It’s been a life changer for managing Pico inside and outside the apartment and I can see how much more confident he is too! I also feel much more knowledgeable about Pico’s behaviors and dog training in general. We both have loved working with Anastasia and would recommend her to anyone looking for training services.

I wish I could give Ana 6 stars! Ana is an incredible trainer and really works with you as the client to tailor her program to your dog's needs. We worked with Ana on indoor impulse control and destructive behaviors, leash walking, and outdoor impulse control and recall. Our dog is now incredibly manageable inside and out and we feel confident we can take her to off-leash hours in the Park and on hikes in the woods this summer stress-free! Ana goes above and beyond to make sure you and your dog are getting the right modifications and custom experience to address any behaviors you are hoping to correct or improve!
