If you’re looking for a dog trainer who truly changes lives, I cannot recommend Franzi highly enough. After losing my everting Breezy in December 2024, I adopted another rescue in January 2025. My new dog is larger, completely different in personality, and came with her own challenges. What I quickly realized is that I needed training just as much as my dog did! Franzi has been absolutely incredible throughout this journey. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care for both dogs and their owners are unmatched. She has taught me how to better understand my dog, communicate effectively, and build a strong relationship based on trust and consistency. The progress my dog has made is amazing. Our dogs have benefited SO much from Franzi's expertise over the years! First of all, they are both rescue dogs and have some extra needs. She taught us some basic training methods that have helped our Reggie & Roxie tremendously! Also, due to those extra needs - we can't just leave our dogs with anyone when we leave town. We have boarded them with Franzi on a number of occasions and they always come home content and well-cared for. I cannot recommend Franzi enough. Her level of professionalism and talent are another level, plus, she's got the kindest heart for dogs.

Franzi was recommended to us by some friends & former neighbors who had very large dogs, Cane Corsos if I recall. We'd adopted an Akita / Laika mix who, though very sweet & well intentioned, had gotten into some bad scrapes with one of our other dogs, and we realized we needed to help. Franzi, over the course of several weeks, was able to help me learn to recognize and intervene in behavior patterns that were causing conflict, but more than that helped me to realize that the biggest issue was that I had a working dog with high intelligence that really just wanted a job to do. With Franzi's help our "teenager" is not only showing significantly better behavior generally, but has specifically began to excel in a few canine sports that I didn't even know about, "scent work" in particular. To put it simply, before I called Franzi, I was worried I was going to need to return our newest family member to the adoption org we'd gone to *great* lengths to get her from ... another story for another time, albeit a hilarious one. Now I'm planning family friendly activities that get us out of the house that frankly I didn't even know were a thing. I cannot thank you enough Franzi. We're all eternally grateful to keep our cutest puppy home with her family.
