I boarded my dog during the Memorial Day weekend and the website advised that my dog would come home fully bathed, nails clips and ears cleaned....I paid $75.00 a night, which is about $35 higher than most kennels per night. Well when I picked up my dog he was not bathed, his nails were not clipped and this ears were not cleaned. When I asked about if he was bathed, they said he was not, but did not offer me any kind of discount for the services that they promised but did not deliver. I will not be bringing my dogs back here!!!
