A Dog's Life Camp and Spa

Stephanie has been amazing to work with all of Pongo's and I's training needs. Her quick response to schedule a time and great availability has allowed us to find the best in Pongo. She is patient and really breaks down the steps into manageable lessons that both Pongo and I could learn and really grow. Boarding is also a breeze and he gets excited as we get closer to camp. I would highly recommend Stephanie and her staff to anyone looking for dog training or boarding needs!

Stephanie has been absolutely amazing for helping train both us and our rescue, Elsie! We had initially sent Elsie for boarding but chose to have Elsie do a board and train in the Summer. Elsie would pull and have a hard time listening while on walks. As you can imagine, negotiating with a dog isn’t easy and can be a frustrating experience. We saw such a change after those three weeks! She follows commands better, checks in with us on walks and has a reliable recall. Elsie loves heading to camp and playing in her playgroup. She has the best time at Stephanie’s!

Stephanie and the team at A Dog's Life have been wonderful to work with - incredibly supportive and responsive, scheduling additional house calls and training sessions as needs arise. I was nervous to send our puppy away for training, but it made all the difference. He is much calmer and better behaved in our house. He gets so excited to see anyone from the team, even when he is just being picked up for boarding. He comes home clean and happy and I know I can always reach out to Stephanie with questions. She has even helped us choose the best treats, crate, and feeding schedule for him. I couldn't have a puppy without her help!

My now 13 year old lab mix Kendi has been going to A Dog’s Life Camp & Spa for most of her life - it is truly a second home for her – and when she sees me packing up her ‘camp bag’ she gets super excited and can’t wait to get into the van! This tells me that she is truly happy during her camp stays. Stephanie, the owner, is exceptional. She is thoughtful, communicative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. It’s clear that she cares for all the dogs as if they were her own, and her personal touch and attention makes all the difference for happy dogs - and happy dog moms and dads. I have total peace of mind when Kendi is at camp and am confident in Stephanie and her team who are genuinely dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for the dogs. Additionally, if your dog has special needs, they have the experience to also manage a range of situations. I always know that Kendi is being well looked after and cannot recommend A Dog’s Life Camp & Spa more highly. I mean...just look at how happy this girl is! :)
