A Better Dog 4U

Michael is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient! I recognized several months ago my dog going down a path I didn't want him to go down, and reached out for help. He was patient enough to wait out my dog and have a positive introduction, and now we do weekly training for help and socialization. I can't express how appreciative I am of the training I've received for my dog AND myself from Michael!

Michael is a fantastic trainer! We have a border collie/terrier mix that was abandoned in front of our home last June so we decided to become dog owners again. What we didn't realize was we had a very active puppy who needed a lot of attention. Michael trained us as well as our newly adopted puppy! He uses positive reinforcement and provides simple training tips that you can incorporate in your day to day routine that only takes minutes. He easily picks up on your dogs personality and needs and shows you how to determine what your dog's favorite reward is and when to use it. He's amazing, reasonably priced and dependable. My husband and I reached out to Michael for some help training a border collie we had recently adopted, who was having some aggression and behavior issues. Since this initial training, we continued to meet with him to work with our two other border collies. He is so knowledgeable and has endless tips and advice for us. He has helped us with everything from loose leash walking to barking and all the unexpected issues in-between. I would definitely recommend him to any dog owners in the area!
