I've known John for almost 4 years. He trained my very high energy Basenji named Rudy. Rudy knows all his commands and is now well behaved. Since I travelled for work a lot, Rudy spent a lot of time with John, anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks approximately 12-14 times a year. Rudy always came home in great shape and high spirits. If I say to Rudy do you want to go see "Uncle John" his ears perk up and he runs to the car. He can't wait to get there. I spent a lot of time with John and the other dogs he trains and kennels. John loves dogs and treats them as if they were his own. When I have to go out of town, I never have to worry about Rudy. I know he is being well taken care of. Thank you John for all you do.

John is amazing with these dogs! I could NOT believe when I went to pick up our dog how well trained and behaved he was. He was also so happy! John is a DOG whisperer! I would recommend this training to anyone looking for someone who loves dogs as much as John and has all of the years of experience with training that he has! Our dog had so much fun and is now so easy to be with and so easy to take anywhere! When we go back for our follow ups our dog is so happy to be near John again!!!! Best trainer EVER!!!!!! I found out about John through a friend of mine. She shared with me how high energy her dog was and how he needed training. She then shared a video of the day she picked up her pup following the two week training session the dog had with John. I was sold. When you bring John a dog, whether moderately trained or completely untrained, he produces a dog that is capable of anything. I have sent three dogs to John now, very high energy dogs (belgian malinois), with absolutely no complaints. Time and time again his training has exceeded my expectations. A huge part of the equation that is missing with many trainers is how to handle/treat/communicate with your dog. John insists on multiple training sessions with you, the handler, within the days following your dogs pickup. I have received incredible advice that is evident in each of my dogs behavior. The training sessions with John that you will do following your dogs training are just as important. I believe it is this piece that ties everything together. John has devoted countless hours and answered many phone calls to aid in addressing any questions I have had. He has a connection with animals that I’ve never seen before and is genuinely a good person. I cannot recommend him enough.
