John potty trained my 5 y/o Chihuahua mix fast! My dog now uses the patio. John established a routine that I now follow. My dog is very happy and is ready to go. He also cleared an eye infection that my dog had for several weeks. The Veterinarian was not able to clear the infection. He recommended a supplement that is helping my dog with his allergies. very rude. I called to inquire about getting help for my dog who has separation anxiety. Before, I even get into speaking about it, he cuts me off and tells me that I have most likely have misdiagnosed my dog. He then goes to ask me questions about my dog. Before I even finish my sentence, he continually cuts me off several times and tells me that I'm doing everything wrong and he's a professional whose been doing this for 50 years. I'm not opposed to hearing criticism because I genuinely need help, but what I don't appreciate is someone being audacious and talking to me like I'm stupid. I told him that I didn't appreciate his tone and he huffed and puffed and continued talk about his "professionalism". I'll take my business somewhere else.
