Andrea Bauer is a spectacular dog trainer. I had her care for and train my golden doodle puppy for 5 weeks (starting at 10 weeks old), after which point Andrea flew with the puppy to me in New York for drop off. The process itself was seamless and Andrea is a fantastic communicator throughout her time caring for my pet. We had dozens of phone calls leading up to and during my puppy’s stay with Andrea. In terms of the training itself, I am thrilled with my puppy’s temperament and level of socialization, for which I have Andrea to thank. My puppy does great on a leash (Andrea heavily focuses on that), and can navigate the busy and overstimulating streets of NYC with relative ease at such a young age. She also isn’t reactive to the chaotic life and noises of NYC, which Andrea specifically spent a lot of time working on by regularly exposing the puppy to the loud sounds and hubbub of Andrea’s grooming studio. Andrea also has multiple dogs in her care (or with her for grooming or training) at any given point, which has helped my puppy gain confidence learning how to happily play and socialize with dogs of all different ages and sizes. I unequivocally recommend Andrea’s services.
