We would recommend Anyssa at 4 Paws to anyone needing some help with their dog. We had a pound pup that was a sweetheart, but an absolute menace. We went with 7 private training lessons. Anyssa knew exactly what to do and was extremely knowledgeable on breed specific training needs. One of our goals was to not have to worry about the pup with our cats. 4 Paws taught us how to counter condition, and now the dog fully ignores the cats. He’s respectful on a leash and in public, but still has his silly goober personality. You wouldn’t believe it’s the same dog we started with. Anyssa is extremely professional and a blast to work with. We learned so much and are going to miss our lessons now that we’ve graduated.

The experience that we've had with Anyssa and 4 Paws Canine Training is one of the best companies and people that we've ever dealt with. She cares so much not just about training our puppy, MJ, but she's also great at making sure the humans are being trained on what we need to do when she leaves. Her experience as a dog trainer is second to none. Everything she has done with us during our lessons has made such an impact on our puppy and is helping us make sure he succeeds as a city dog being able to do anything that we want to do. We signed up for the 3 lesson puppy program and we liked her and her training so much that we're going to continue to proceed with more lessons to make sure our pup continues to grow and learn over the next few months. If she's available and you're thinking about taking your pup to classes with a lot of other dogs or getting 1on1 training, go with her. She's always available and it's also great to be able to reach out to her for help. It doesn't need to be a lesson day. You'll get support (messages, videos, examples etc) from her that will help you raise the puppy that you want.
